Open every cell that is not a mine. A number tells how many of the eight neighbours hide mines. Tap a number whose mines are all flagged to open the rest around it.
Your first tap is always safe and opens an area. Right-click or long-press to flag. On narrow screens the Expert board stands upright (30 × 16).
